GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: Aggrieved by action of the respondent authorities in not conducting survey and fixing boundaries to the subject lands to an extent of Ac.0.54 cents in Sy.No.344, to an extent of Ac.0.93 cents in Sy.No.362 & to an extent of Ac.5.82 cents in Sy.No.100 situated at Gajulapalle revenue village, Mahanadi mandal, Nandyal district, upon the F-Line applications made by the petitioner dated 06.09.2022 & 30.01.2023, the present writ petition is filed. 2. There was no representation for the petitioners on 31.07.2026 and today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2 3. Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue upon instructions of Tahsildar, Mahanandi mandal submitted that, the survey was already conducted by authorities by following due procedure as contemplated under Survey & Boundaries Act, 1923 and also issued an endorsement, as such there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to pass appropriate orders in that regard. 4. A perusal of the instructions of Tahsildar, Mahanandi mandal along with other material would clearly indicate that upon F-Line applications made by the petitioner, the authorities have already conducted survey and also issued an endorsement. In view of the same, this writ petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
