By means of the present Criminal Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to apprise this Court of the status of the investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. No. 0132 of 2026 dated 24.02.2026, registered at Police Station Manglore, District Haridwar, under Sections 316(3), 318(4), 338, 340(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, against the private respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite registration of the aforesaid F.I.R., no effective progress was being made in the investigation, compelling the petitioner to approach this Court by way of the present writ petition. 4. On the basis of written instructions, learned State Counsel submitted that after completion of the investigation, the charge-sheet has already been filed on 15.07.2026. The written instructions are taken on record. 5.
