Writ Restoration Application No. 457/2025, which came to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 19.08.2025. 2. Counsel for applicant submits that restoration application bearing No. 457/2025 has been filed seeking to restore S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15098/2020 and vide order dated 19.08.2025, restoration application has been allowed subject to deposition of cost of Rs. 2400/-. Counsel further submits that the cost has been deposited within time, but inadvertently defect(s) pointed out by the [2026:RJ-JP:21282] (2 of 2) [WRES-704/2025] office in Writ Petition No. 15098/2020 has not been removed in compliance of the orders dated 19.08.2025 and 26.11.2021. 3. Counsel for applicant undertakes to remove/cure the defect(s) pointed out by the office, soon after restoration of the writ petition. 4. Taking into consideration reasons mentioned in the restoration application and undertaking of counsel for applicant to remove/cure the defect(s), this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant restoration application. 5.
