The petitioner is an accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 276 of 2025. It has been alleged that several miscreants involved in buying and selling of stolen motorcycles, were apprehended. The petitioner is implicated on the disclosure made by the apprehended accused persons and the petitioner had also subsequently confessed leading to recovery of stolen motorcycle from his possession. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.10.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Namkum P.S.
