Civil Joshi (S.Div.), Dehradun, in Original Suit No. 160 of 2018 (Ansar Husain and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others). 3. As per information received from Civil Judge (S.D.), Dehradun vide letter dated 12.06.2026, Original Suit No. 160 of 2018 was disposed of on 25.09.2019. 4. After decision in the suit, the relief, as claimed, do not survive. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
