2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 12.08.2025, no final report is filed till date.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of three months.
5.
