Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was engaged in the Labour Department as Data Entry Operator in the year 2019-2020 through respondent no. 3- UPNL. Since, the regular incumbents, against whose vacancies the petitioner was engaged, joined back, therefore, the petitioner was disengaged from the Labour Department and was sent back to UPNL vide order dated 01.08.2024. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that after his disengagement, he has not been engaged in any other department by the UPNL. Petitioner has already filed a representation in this regard on 09.12.2025. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file a fresh detailed representation before respondent no. 3. 7. Learned counsel for respondent no.3- UPNL, on the other hand, submits that if petitioner makes a fresh representation in this regard, the same shall be examined by the competent authority. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh detailed representation to respondent no.3 within a period of three weeks from today. If petitioner makes such a representation, the respondent no. 3 shall decide the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, taking a sympathetic view.
