Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Tirtol P.S. Case No.605 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.733 of 2025 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C, Tirtol on the grounds stated therein. 3. In view of the common order dated 15th December, 2025 in ABLAPLs, a copy of which is at Flag-A1 and recording the submission of Mr. Samantray, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is similarly situated like the others having one antecedent only and hence, similarly situated and the objection of the State, this Court is inclined to extend parity to him. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, ABLAPL stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a fortnight from today, he shall be released on bail in connection with Tirtol P.S. Case No.605 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.733 of 2025 subject to him furnishing a bail bond of Rs.40,000/-(Rupees forty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C, Tirtol, who shall be at liberty to impose such other suitable conditions as deemed necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
