This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to forthwith take effective and coercive action against the local administrative committee of the 3rd Respondent Wakf for non-compliance with its order dated 04.08.2025 and direct the 3rd Respondent to forthwith reinstate the petitioner as memeber of the management committee of the 3rd Respondent Wakf and to accept his monthly subscriptions and permit his participation in all meetings and activities of the Wakf. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was elected as member of Administrative Committee of third respondent Wakf, however, his name was not included in the Administrative committee, thereby, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent. The first respondent by order dated 04.08.2025 issued a decision in proceedings No.80/25 holding that the suspension of subscription collection from the petitioner and his removal from the notice board were improper and illegal and directed the local committee to reinstate the petitioner, however, the same is not implemented. Hence, this writ petition. 4. The learned counsel for the Wakf Board submitted that the claim of the petitioner is already passed an order directing the second respondent to include https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12929 of 2026 the petitioner's name in the Administrative Committee and the same will be implemented within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 5. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 6. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents to implement the order passed by the first respondent dated 04.08.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if there is no legal impediment. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
