The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Hazaribag Ichak P.S. Case No. 126 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribag. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2025 in connection with the allegation of theft of three batteries of tractor. The investigation has been completed and the charge-sheet has been submitted. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
