Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue writ of certiorari or order or direction to quash the order dated 04.08.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 in proceedings No. Z C/RRN/PO/550/2025-26 at Annexure- G, (b) direct the respondent No.1 to consider the appeal dated 01.09.2025 filed by the petitioner produced at Annexure-H, (c) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A memo dated 09.02.2026 has been filed signed by the petitioner and counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "It is submitted that, the petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above peititon as not pressed.
