2/15.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 110/2025 registered under sections 113(1), 113(4), 115, 126, 308, 324, 326, 327, 351, 352 of BNS & 27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Hazaribagh.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement and the petitioner was in custody in another case and in the confessional statement made in the said case, the petitioner has been remanded in the present case. He also submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody in the present case since 27.8.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement.
5. Considering that the petitioner is remanded in the present case

when he was in custody in another case and in the present case, he is in custody since 27.8.2025 and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Hazaribagh in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 110/2025.
