By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 1. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was a Kerosene Oil Vendor, but after the policy of merging of Mobile vendorship, with the PDS dealers, the petitioner has not been allotted any license. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the representation before the District Supply Officer, Ranchi, but no action has been taken. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner has filed fresh representation before respondent no.3, he will look into the matter and pass appropriate order. In turn, the District Supply Officer, will consider the case of the petitioner within six weeks and if it found that the petitioner is entitled for the license of Public Distribution Shop (PDS) the same will be granted to him within two weeks thereafter. 7.
