The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further consideration, as the subject construction was initially undertaken by the petitioners and the building permission was obtained in the name of the petitioners. Subsequently, respondent No.3 modified the building permission in favour of respondent No.5. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives. 2. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
