HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 21081 of 2026 Court No. - 49 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J.
HON'BLE DIVESH CHANDRA SAMANT, J. After some arguments, Shri Nirbhay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not wish to press the relief for quashing of the F.I.R. in the writ petition. The relief sought for quashing of the F.I.R. is accordingly declined. Shri Nirbhay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner recasts his relief and prays that the petitioners may be granted leave to approach the competent court for anticipatory bail and for seeking other available legal remedies with them under the law. Learned A.G.A. does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer. The writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to avail other legal remedies available with them under the law.
