Public Prosecutor, Assam enters appearance for the State respondent. This I.A. has been filed seeking extension of time to appear before the learned trial Court for the other ground stated in the instant application is that the petitioner has delivered a baby and because of which she could not appear before the trial Court as per the direction of order dated 26.03.2026, passed in AB No. 661/2026 within a period of ten days from the date of the said order. The prayer being not objected by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is allowed. Having regard to the extension of period, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Court within a period of another ten days from today. The I.A. stands disposed of.
