The instant application has been preferred by the applicants/claimants who are the respondent No.1 in the connected MAC Appeal. 2. Heard Mr. A. Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. L. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Learned counsel has submitted that the appellant has deposited 50% of the awarded amount of Rs.32,30,756/- before the Registry of this Court in pursuance to the order dated 13.02.2026 passed by this Court in I.A.(Civil) 3387/2025. The claimants/applicant therefore prays that he may be allowed to Page No.# 2/2 withdraw the said deposited amount. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent/appellants has no objection to the said prayer provided that an indemnity bond is to be executed by the claimants. 5. This application is therefore allowed with condition that the Registry shall allow the applicant/claimant to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.32,30,756/- deposited by the New India Insurance Company upon execution of an indemnity bond and upon proper verification and identification by the counsel of the claimant/respondent. 6.
