The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No.142 of 2023 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 364A/34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and false allegation is made of kidnapping and demand of ransom. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that serious allegation is there against the petitioner of being the accomplice of other co-accused persons and kidnapping and demand of ransom. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that serious allegation is there of kidnapping and demand of ransom of 2026:JHHC:1299 --2-- A.B.A. No. 227 of 2026 Rs.2,50,000/- and the petitioner is said to be accomplice of other co-accused persons. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
