CORAM : HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR, J.

1. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the main ground on which the bail application is premature is the illegal detention of the applicant on the ground that there is no compliance of the subject crime on the ground of arrest of the applicant. He submits that, according to him, the appropriate remedy would be to file the Writ Petition and not the present bail application and he further submits that this ground was never raised prior to this. Neither has the remand application been challenged, nor has any grievance raised, to that effect.
