By this petition, petitioners are seeking direction upon respondent No. 2, to pass appropriate orders within a given timeframe for the rectification of landed estate pertaining to revised Khewat Nos. 99 and 100, corresponding to the old Khewat Nos. 63 and 94, situated at Estate Kalampora, Tehsil Rajpora (the then Tehsil, Pulwama), which as per the petitioners is contradictory and not as per pre-settlement revenue record. 02. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have already made an application before the Financial Commissioner, viz respondent No. 2, on 01.01.2026 in this behalf, but the same has not been considered till date. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would feel satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2, to consider the application dated 01.01.2026, filed Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document by the petitioners before him within a reasonable period of time.
