Heard Sri Chakravarthy, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2 3. Sri Chakravarthy, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in contact with the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue while placing reliance on the counter filed by the Tahsildar, Undi mandal submitted that, the 3rd respondent has already issued an endorsement dated 13.04.2023 on the petitioner’s representations, therefore there remains nothing for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly prayed to dismiss the writ petition. 5. When the matter is pending consideration, the parties should invariably be in touch with their respective counsel for adjudication of the matter, failing which; it can be considered that the parties have no interest in prosecuting the same. Since the matter is of the year 2023 and as the counter would indicate that the authorities have already issued an endorsement dated 13.04.2023 on the petitioner’s representations, there remains nothing for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
