By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “ I. That directions be issued to the respondents to decide the Revision filed by the petitioner before the Managing Director within a time frame manner as per rules applicable in the interest of justice equity and fair play. II. That the respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner to perform his duty (Driver) during the pendency of the Revision before the Managing Director HRTC.” 3. In light of the prayer made by the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the direction that appropriate orders on the Revision pending before concerned Managing Director be passed within a period of six weeks from today.
