JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 25-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachmahla P.S. Case No.07 of 2025 instituted under Sections 329(4), 109(1), 308(4), 308(5), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Sections 23 and 27 of the Arms Act. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused went to the house of the informant and assaulted him and his daughter and also demanded extortion money. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2025. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is the wife of the one criminal namely, Mukesh Singh, who along with one Anant Singh had attacked the petitioner and thereafter, a large number of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6073 of 2026(3) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 criminals gathered and fired in the village. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order dated 04.02.2026 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.89835 of 2025, by which this Court has granted anticipatory bail to similarly situated co- accused namely, Saurav Kumar @ Saurabh Kumar. 6. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that similarly situated co- accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Barh / concerned Court below, in connection with Pachmahla P.S.
