1. We have heard Ms. B. Chowdhury, learned Sr. counsel, assisted by Ms. J. Chetry, learned counsel, for the applicant/appellant and Mr. S. Baruah, learned Government Advocate, Assam and Mr. A. Roy,
learned counsel, for the respondents/opposite parties.
2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of the delay of 45 days in preferring the connected Writ Appeal against the common Judgment and Order dated 01.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 1382/2025 and other writ petitions.
3. Perused the averments made in the application.
4. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay of 45 days in preferring the

5. We, therefore, condone the delay.
6. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed off.
