Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before respondent on 17.02.2026 (Annexure P-2) for change of time in regular stage carriage permit No. 266/RTA/ABR/2026 on the route Ambikapur to Balangi, via Jarhi, Pratappur, Vadrafnagar, Padri, Raghunathpur, and return trip daily, which is pending consideration, and therefore a direction may be issued to the respondent to decide the same expeditiously. 2. The State counsel has no objection if such direction is issued to the respondents. 2 3. In view of the fact that petitioner’s application is pending consideration, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner’s application pending before it for the concerned route, within 30 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 4.
