The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajmahal PS Case No.175 of 2021, for offence registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 342, 427, 354, 506, 504 of IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, pending in court of learned Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Sahibganj.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the allegations are there against 400 to 500 persons of trying to enter into the house of the informant and allegation of molestation is not there against the petitioners and there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. He then submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11. He also submits that one of the coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6484 of 2025.

4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of forcefully entering into the house of the informant.

Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that there is allegation against 400 to 500 persons of assembling in the village and allegation of entering into the house of the informant is against ten persons and there are general and omnibus allegations against the accused persons and one of the coaccused person has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, both the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Sahibganj, in connection with Rajmahal PS Case No.175 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
