According to the petitioners, due to a technical glitch, they were unable to get the registration done. 3. Mr. U. Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. On instructions, he would submit that within a period of 8 weeks, the technical glitch, which still remains, will be rectified by the respondents. Therefore, he would submit that once the technical glitch is rectified, the respondent shall register the document presented by the petitioner for registration. 4. The undertaking given by the respondents through the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent, is recorded by this Court. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to represent the firm registration number FR/Chennai South/452/2023 pending under the current request number 12996404 for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 10100 of 2026 registration with the respondents as soon as the technical glitch is rectified by the respondents and the respondents shall complete the registration of the said document, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
