The Written Instructions would indicate that the Respondent Nos.4 & 5 had voluntarily left the location prior to the arrival of the Authorities and that the eviction process was completed without the use of any force. The photographs would show eviction process. 4. In view of the fact that the Unofficial Respondent Nos.4 & 5 had voluntarily vacated from the premises, this Court is of the view that no further consideration is necessary. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.
