Heard Sri V.S.M. Kuladeep Thoka, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Ms. J. Anjanee Priya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri I.M.S. Prakash, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4, Sri Y. Nagendra, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.V. Sathish, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.6 and Smt. Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for Narasaropet Municipality (Respondent No.2) and Sri B. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Respondent Nos.4 & 5 had voluntarily left the location prior to the arrival of the Authorities and that the eviction process was completed without the use of any force. The photographs would show eviction process. 4. In view of the fact that the Unofficial Respondent Nos.4 & 5 had voluntarily vacated from the premises, this Court is of the view that no further
consideration is necessary. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No
order as to costs.
5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
