Mr. Khurana has submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been mitigated and therefore, the petitioner does not want to pursue the writ petition at this stage, and wants to withdraw the writ petition, with the liberty to approach again, in the event any new cause of action arises. Mr. Dutta and Mr. Chetia have submitted that they have no objection to the prayer so made.
