ORDER The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the
order dated 12.01.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.207 of 2025 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee and to extend the time for depositing the amount of 10% of the cheque amount (Rupees Four lakh and forty five thousand only) to the credit of the CC.No.64 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition for the reason that he was unable to contact his client.
3. This Court had earlier passed orders in favour of the petitioner giving some protection. Now, the petitioner's attitude of not only cheating the respondent/complainant and also making false representation before this Court is clearly exposed. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Ambattur, is
directed to take immediate step to ensure the conviction warrant is executed without delay.
