This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS, praying for grant of bail to the petitioner, namely, Nitul Rajbongshi who was arrested in connection with Barama P.S. Case No. 65/2025 registered under Sections 326(g)/3(5) of BNS Page No.# 2/2 (corresponding to G.R. Case No. 597/2025). 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Ms. S. H. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Barama P.S. Case No. 65/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 19/2026 dated 29.05.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Barama P.S.
