The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit. 4. Permission is accorded to withdraw the appeal, but request of refund of poundage amount is rejected. 5. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
