By said order, a three members committee was constituted to discharge the function of Pradhan till the time power of elected Pradhan is suspended. 5. There is unanimity among learned counsel for the parties that the said order was passed consequent to the order passed by Prescribed Authority in an election petition filed under Section 131H of the Uttarakhand Panchayatraj Act, 2016; the order dated 25.03.2026 passed by Prescribed Authority was set aside by District Judge in a revision vide judgment dated 09.07.2026. UKHC010062302026 2026:UHC:6102 6. In view of subsequent development, namely, setting aside of the order passed by Prescribed Authority, the order impugned in this writ petition do not survive. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The order dated 06.04.2026 is quashed.
