The victim appeared in person before this Court today and raised objection in granting bail to the appellants. 2. Both the appeals under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (in short “the SC/ST Act”) have been preferred by the appellants against the order dated 12.01.2026 and 15.01.2026 passed by the Special Judge (Atrocities), Raigarh (C.G.) whereby the bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS filed by the appellants in respect of Crime No.309/2025 registered at Police Station Tamnar, District Raigarh have been rejected. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants seek permission of this Court to withdraw the appeals with liberty to revive the same after sometime. 4. As prayed for, permission is granted. 5.
