This bail application has been filed by Manish Yadav who is in custody since 03.07.2025 in connection with S.T. Case No. 402 of 2025 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1829 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 111(3), 111(4), 317(5), 61(2) BNS, 2023 and 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribag is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that no firearm was seized from this petitioner. The only material against him is that one mobile phone and helmet was recovered from the petitioner. It is contended that there is no criminal antecedent against this petitioner and similarly situated co- accused persons have already been granted bail. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail and has not disputed factual assertions. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
