JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 01-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection Naya Bhojpur P.S. Case No. 120/2025 dated 01.12.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 303(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of firing upon the injured. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 22.12.2025 and has one criminal antecedent. There was land dispute between the parties. 5. Learned APP for the State also submits that the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20101 of 2026(2) dt.01-04-2026 2/2 allegation of firing also get support from the injury report. 6. Considering the direction allegation of firing against the petitioner and injury, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, this application is dismissed. 7.
