CMP No. 9142 of 2026 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount, falling to the share of the applicant (respondent No. 1), alongwith up-to-date interest. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, application under
consideration is allowed and the amount, falling to the share of applicant (respondent No. 1) is ordered to be released in favour of applicant, strictly in accordance with the award, passed by the learned MACT-IV, Kangra at Dharamshala, H.P. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been given in para-5 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of. CMP No. 9138 of 2026 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount,
