Perusal of the file reveals that objections have been raised by Registry in writ petition with regard to maintainability of writ petition itself. Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution, with liberty to petitioner to avail her remedies in accordance with law, in respect to order dated 03.07.2026.
