When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation, the final report had been filed as “mistake of fact” on 17.09.2025, and that Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) had also been served. However, the notice was refused to receive by the petitioner and therefore the same would be sent through post. 3.
