Heard Mr. H.R. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Addl. Public prosecutor, Assam.
2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special Sessions (POCSO) Case No.80/2025.
3. The victim is yet to be examined in the trial court.
4. Let the victim be examined in the trial court. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application is disposed of.
