Keeping in view the averments made in the application duly supported by an affidavit, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Review Petition be registered. 4. The application stands disposed of. Review Petition No.47 of 2026 5. The present petition has been filed by the State for review against judgment dated 13.03.2025 passed in LPA No.99 of 2025, titled State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. v. Het Ram. 6. We had dismissed the aforesaid appeal in limine, keeping in view the fact that the Co-ordinate Bench in CWP No.2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi v. State of H.P. & Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 28.05.2024, had granted the benefit of service up to the age of 60 years and there was no stay in SLP filed by the State as on that date. 7. The State has preferred a review that on 24.03.2025, on the ground that stay was granted in the connected matters. Reference is also made to the pendency of LPA No. 228 of 2025, State of H.P and others v. Rukmi Devi and others. 8. In such circumstances, we allow the Review Petition and recall the order dated 13.03.2025, passed in 2026:HHC:17434 - 3 - LPA No.99 of 2025. LPA No.99 of 2025 9. Appeal be registered to its original number. 10. To be heard along with LPA No.228 of 2025, titled State of H.P. and others vs. Rukmi Devi and others. 11. In the meantime, operation of judgment passed by learned Single Judge in CWP No.6680 of 2024, titled Het Ram v.
