The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 316(5) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the Branch Manager of Jharkhand Gramin Bank, Raydih More, Tamar. He next submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner has withdrawn Rs. 25 lakhs from the said Branch. He further submits that his User ID and Password has been mis-utilized by the clerk of that branch. He also submits that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 31 lakhs by way of taking loan. He then submits that when the FIR has been lodged, the said clerk of that branch has already resigned from the service. 4. On query made by the court, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the amount has already been deposited with the [ 2026:JHHC:13284] -2- said bank and that fact has also come in the FIR itself. 5. Considering that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 31 lakhs in the said branch and it has been pointed out that the User ID and Password of this petitioner has been mis-utilized by another employee of the bank and said employee has already left the job after institution of the FIR and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the investigation and further with the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
