2. Mr. J.P. Kandpal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.

In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Sukhwinder Singh @ Sukkha, who has been accused in FIR No.22 of 2025, dated 14.01.2025 under Section 29 read with Sections 8/21 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar. The Applicant is in judicial custody since 18.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the contraband was not recovered from the present Applicant and the main accused has been enlarged on bail by the learned Trial Court. The order has been annexed along with bail application as paper no.29.
5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail.
6. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant - Sukhwinder Singh @ Sukkha, who has been accused in FIR No.22 of 2025, dated 14.01.2025 under Section 29 read with Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of
the concerned court. The Applicant shall cooperate with the trial proceedings and shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
