This is an application under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the BNSS, 2023 Page No.# 2/2 in respect of N.I.C.R. Case No.11/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang. 3. The petitioner Fokhoruddin Ali Ahmed has been facing the trial before the Court below. He prayed for dispensing with his personal appearance because of his difficulty in travelling as well as for some medical reasons. The Trial Court refused the prayer of the petitioner. 4. I have considered the submissions made by Mr. Rahman. 5. The Trial Court is directed to conduct trial in connection with the aforementioned case through Video Conferencing. 6.
