ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.3963 of 2023, dated 06.03.2023. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:
“…..this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release total amount of Rs.39,49,148/- to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order….”

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors furnished a copy of Letter No.CC.3643/2024, dated 06.08.2026, issued by the 2nd respondent, wherein it is stated that an amount of Rs.41,16,920/- was paid to the to the petitioner vide Bill No.2026- 7405027, dated 06.08.2026, with Ref.No./XUTR/RBISH00783868818. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the above instructions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
