1. The matter has come at the instance of both the learned advocates for the parties since the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and to that extent, the order of learned Magistrate is passed acquitting the present petitioners. The learned advocate for the petitioners in order to substantiate his contention, has handed over the photocopy of the certified copy of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Alipore, along with the examination-in- chief of the defacto complainant. It transpires from the same that the accused persons were acquitted from the case. Let that document be taken on record.
2. None appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2. However, the State is represented and has raised no such objection.
3. Therefore, considering that aspect of the matter, the revisional application has been rendered infructuous. Hence, the revisional application is hereby dismissed being infructuous.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
5. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
