In the circumstance, application is allowed, WP(C) No.585 of 2026 is disposed of as infructuous and MC (WP(C)) Nos.613 of 2026 also stand disposed of. Petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum if aggrieved by any subsequent order issued by the Authority.
