It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that after participating in recruitment process initiated by Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for the post of Librarian Gr.-III although the petitioners have been selected, yet only on account of the fact that veracity of degrees of certain candidates is in question for which inquiry has been conducted by Special Operations Group (SOG), appointment has not been granted to the petitioners, nor have the respondents disclosed any other reason relating to eligibility and entitlement of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have although submitted repeated representations before the Director, Secondary Education Rajasthan, Bikaner, yet such representations have not been addressed qua the Competent Authority. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, in case, liberty is granted to the [2026:RJ-JP:22662] (3 of 3) [CW-9759/2026] petitioners to file their individual representations before the Competent Authority which may be decided in a time bound manner for disclosing the reasons for not issuing appointment orders in respect of the petitioners. 4. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file their individual representation along with their qualification documents before the Secretary, Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur as well as the Director, Secondary Education Rajasthan, Bikaner, and the Competent Authority shall objectively considered the representations and pass a speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of this case. 7.
