It is submitted that pursuant to earlier direction of this Court dated 12.01.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No.285 of 2026, the date of appearance was fixed by the authority to 30.04.2026 at 10.00 A.M. But according to the Petitioner, he was admitted in the hospital on 29.04.2026 and therefore could not take part in the hearing. However, the authorities have directed for vacating the encroached premises within four days thereafter. 3. Upon hearing Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Dash, learned A.G.A. and keeping in view the nature of illness of the Petitioner as mentioned at Annexure-1, he is directed to appear before the Executive Officer, Sundargarh Municipality (Opposite Party No.5) on 11th May 2026.
