(1) 50 wp 3871-2026 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR WRIT PETITION NO. 3871 OF 2026 Rajnesh S/o Rajendrapal Naidu VERSUS Neha W/o Rajnesh Naidu (Joshi) WITH WRIT PETITION NO. 2543 OF 2025 Rajnesh S/o Rajendrapal Naidu VERSUS Neha W/o Rajnesh Naidu (Joshi) AND WRIT PETITION NO. 6880 OF 2026 Rajnesh S/o Rajendrapal Naidu VERSUS Mrs. Neha W/o Rajnesh Naidu (Joshi) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, Court's or Judge's orders appearances, Court's orders of directions and Registrar's orders -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. R. R. Naidu, petitioner in person is present CORAM : NANDESH S. DESHPANDE, J. DATED : 10.09.2026 The petitioner, appearing in person, after giving a thought, intends to withdraw all the three writ petitions. Accordingly, all the three writ petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn. 2. The petitioner in person points me out a fact which is born out of the record itself that petition No. D- 83/2015 was withdrawn by him by filing a pursis on 19.01.2018, vide Exhibit No. 20. He also points out order passed below the said pursis on 20.04.2018. By pointing out the said order, he submits that a direction may be given for (2) 50 wp 3871-2026 restoring the said petition. I am afraid such a direction can be given in while exercising writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek restoration and/or seek other remedies as available in law for restoration of the petition, which would also include filing of the fresh petition if it is permissible in law. It is clarified that this Court has not commented on the merits or on the orders impugned in all these petitions. It would be for the Family Court to decide on its own merits the restoration application or such other proceedings taken up by the petitioner. 3. If such a proceedings are filed for restoration as stated supra, the Family Court would decide it expeditiously. 4. All three writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. (NANDESH S. DESHPANDE, J.)
